Qualifications

• High school diploma plus related work experience.
• Combination of training and experience meeting the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Experience in financial assistance programs is preferred.
• Spanish, bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Interview applicants and determine continued eligibility.
• Explain benefit programs and determine needs for assistance.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Assist in providing emergency shelter as mandated or required.
