Job summary

BCInsourcing, a Lockton Company, seeks a benefits-focused professional to support Children’s of Alabama onsite five days a week. You will serve as a liaison between HR, BCInsourcing, and carriers, learning employer-sponsored plans and assisting with life events, enrollments, and inquiries.

Ideal candidates have HR/Benefits experience, Excel proficiency, and strong client service with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent or related work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel in a professional setting.
• HR/Benefits experience is required.
• Experience with HRIS payroll/benefit systems or CRM systems.
• Strong client service skills with multitasking and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represents BCInsourcing with Children’s of Alabama, building rapport with case partners and employees.
• Acts as liaison between client HR, BCInsourcing, and benefit carriers.
• Develops detailed knowledge of employer-sponsored benefit plans and makes recommendations.
• Supports administration of qualifying life events, billing, enrollments, and related tasks.
• Responds to benefits inquiries and maintains accurate tracking in systems.
• Investigates and resolves benefit-related concerns, including enrollment and billing issues.
• Performs other duties as requested by BCInsourcing.
