Qualified candidates will have HR/Benefits experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with HRIS/CRM systems to manage enrollment, billing, and life events. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with HR/Benefits preferred.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll/benefit systems and CRM preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Represent BCInsourcing as an ambassador to Menzies Aviation and maintain client rapport.
• Serve as liaison between HR, employees, BCInsourcing, and benefit carriers.
• Develop deep knowledge of employer-sponsored benefit plans and make recommendations.
• Provide benefits administration support including life events, enrollment, billing, and leaves.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve benefit-related issues promptly.
• Track employee services and client support in systems.
• Perform other duties as requested by BCInsourcing.
