Job summary

BCInsourcing, a Lockton Company, seeks a benefits administrator to support Wellstar Health Systems in Marietta, GA. The role is onsite Monday–Friday, focused on educating HR partners about benefits, managing projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance across core and voluntary plans.

The ideal candidate has strong MS Office/Excel skills, experience with HRIS systems, and a Life and Health Producer's License with ability to obtain carrier appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent years of direct workforce experience.
• Experience with employee benefits administration in medium-to-large organizations, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, DOL rules.
• Proven project management and planning experience.
• Advanced hands-on MS Office, especially MS Excel with complex formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables.
• Technical experience with HRIS and other benefits administration systems.
• Life and Health Producer's License, and eligibility for appointment with carriers.
• Valid driver's license for travel to local client sites.

Responsibilities

• Educate HR partners, leaders, and collaborators on current benefits offerings and eligibility.
• Coordinate client projects and administrative services; analyze data and present findings using Excel.
• Ensure compliance with core health and welfare plans and related regulations.
• Liaise with benefits vendors to ensure plans are properly recorded and reported.
• Attend HR/training/implementation meetings and client calls as needed.
• Schedule ongoing meetings to educate and guide the benefits team.
