Job summary

The coordinator will work face-to-face at the client site and handle enrollment, billing, and related tasks. The position requires HR/Benefits experience, Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills to deliver accurate, timely service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; related work experience acceptable.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and HR/Benefits functions.
• Experience in HR/Benefits or client service roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between HR, employees, BCInsourcing, and benefit carriers.
• Develop understanding of employer-sponsored benefit plans and provide client recommendations.
• Administer and support benefit tasks such as life events, enrollments, and billing.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve benefit-related issues promptly.
• Track employee services and support in client systems.
