Qualifications

• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading Coordination of Benefits (COB) functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workload and direct team to achieve business objectives.
• Provide guidance on processes, escalation handling, and issue resolution.
• Coach team members and conduct regular performance conversations and evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set performance goals and monitor progress.
• Identify root causes, document issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Represent the department on corporate initiatives and coordinate with leadership.
