Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in a related field; 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of related field experience accepted.
• Experience leading COB or operations teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day team operations to meet business objectives.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners and escalate as needed.
• Identify trends, root causes, and implement process improvements.
