Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits (COB) processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workload and motivate the team to meet business objectives.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for operational updates and escalations.
• Coach and develop team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to set performance goals and monitor progress.
• Identify and address system/process gaps; drive root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Conduct audits and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
• Support short and long-term service objectives and organizational initiatives.
• Respond quickly to escalated issues from clients and customers.
