Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to resolve escalated and complex benefits questions from the Benefits Call Center and to work with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate issue resolution. The role includes processing vendor invoices and reconciling weekly premium payments for employees on leave.

You will ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA, assist with QMCSO filings, and support education program administration. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits administration and resolving questions or issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated and complex benefits questions and concerns from the Benefits Call Center, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and effective issue resolution.
• Process third‑party vendor invoices on a timely and accurate basis, ensuring data is correctly entered into the system.
• Research and resolve minor discrepancies or errors related to invoice amounts and vendor details.
• Document, process, and reconcile weekly benefit premium payments for employees on leave of absence.
• Ensure carriers have accurate demographic and structure‑related data at all times.
• Support the administration of the company’s education programs, including education assistance requests, invoicing, and other tasks.
• Assist with required documentation and filings such as QMCSO.
• Ensure benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
