Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead benefits administration and the Benefit Resource Center. You will train team members, advise employees on health and welfare plans, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires collaboration with HRIS, recruitment and payroll to improve processes and support open enrollment, with a focus on accurate reporting and cost control. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 3-5 years of benefits experience.
• Certified CBP, CEBS, SHRM or HRCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration and Benefit Resource Center operations.
• Advise employees on medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, FSA, disability, retirement and related plans.
• Manage vendor and carrier relationships, including reporting, invoicing and issue resolution.
• Collaborate on process improvement and standard operating procedures for the Benefits department.
• Develop communications and training materials for benefit programs.
