Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks a Benefits Manager to support benefits administration and the Benefit Resource Center. You will lead communications, training, and strategic projects across plan offerings, assisting employees and leaders with benefit-related inquiries and enrollment issues.

You will manage vendor relations, data reporting, and annual open enrollment, ensuring compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ACA. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required for position.
• 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or related field.
• Experience with UKG/PlanSource is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration and Benefit Resource Center operations.
• Advise employees on medical, dental, vision, life, and other benefit offerings.
• Manage vendor and carrier relationships, including reporting and invoicing.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting via HRIS and census data for insurers.
• Coordinate open enrollment and annual benefits programs.
• Support regulatory compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA and ACA.
• Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes and communications.
