Trilogy Health Services in Louisville, KY is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to resolve escalated benefits questions, process third‑party invoices, and reconcile weekly premium payments for employees on leave. This role ensures data accuracy and regulatory compliance across ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams, support education program administration, and help with filings such as QMCSO, while maintaining timely, compliant benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated and complex benefits questions and concerns from the Benefits Call Center Representative, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and effective issue resolution.
• Process third‑party vendor invoices on a timely and accurate basis, ensuring that all data is correctly entered into the system.
• Research and resolve minor discrepancies or errors related to invoice amounts and vendor details.
• Document, process, and reconcile weekly all benefit premium payments for employees on leave of absence.
• Ensure carriers have accurate demographic and structure‑related data at all times.
• Support the administration of the company’s education programs, including education assistance requests, invoicing, and other tasks.
• Assist with required documentation and filings, such as QMCSO.
• Ensure benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA).
• Other duties as assigned.
