Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for routine compensation and recognition-related questions.
• Assists in the administration of base pay structures, incentive programs, and recognition initiatives.
• Participates in market pricing, job benchmarking, compensation analysis, external surveys, and industry benchmarking projects.
• Maintains accurate compensation records, including employee data, job codes, incentive participation, and program eligibility information.
