Job summary

Integrated Community Services is seeking an HR administrator to support payroll and benefits, including 401K contributions, open enrollment, and ACA compliance. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based at the Corporate Office in Spring, TX, with typical day shifts and full-time hours. Prior experience with Paycom and benefits administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of office experience required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process 401K contributions and generate reports for payroll systems.
• Set up and monitor open enrollment in Paycom; notify employees in advance.
• Conduct annual 401K plan audits and maintain compliance.
• Monitor ACA dashboards and related data in Paycom monthly.
• Enroll and terminate health insurance; manage COBRA/BCBS entries.
• File quarterly reports to the Department of Labor and manage wage verifications.
• Prepare and file required EEOC and OSHA related documentation.
• Support payroll as a back-up and assist with related duties.
