Job summary

Integrated Community Services is seeking a Full Time Employee Benefits Coordinator to manage benefits programs for the Spring/The Woodlands area. The role includes 401K, health insurance enrollments, ACA dashboards, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities span entering contributions, open enrollment, payroll backup in Paycom, and coordinating with the Department of Labor and insurers. The ideal candidate has at least one year in office administration and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of office experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently when needed.
• Experience with Paycom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter 401K contributions, generate reports, and upload contributions to Transamerica Retirement Website bi-weekly.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust open enrollment in Paycom for 401K notifications (semi-annual).
• 401K Plan Audit (annual).
• Monitor and adjust ACA Dashboard in Paycom monthly.
• Enroll and terminate health insurance, add eligible employees to COBRA & BCBS via Paycom daily.
• File and submit Worksite filings to the Department of Labor quarterly.
• Verify wages from Department of Labor via online portal weekly when needed.
• EEOC Filing Report export from Paycom and import to Department of Labor annually.
• Send out FMLA notices monthly and track documentation.
• Track payments for employee portion of health insurance while on leave monthly.
• Log/track OSHA 300 filings and report employee injuries monthly.
• Update Texas Workforce Commission status log; gather related paperwork daily.
• Prepare letters to Texas Workforce Commission daily.
• Payroll back up in Paycom; process payroll occasionally bi-weekly.
• Report employee injuries to insurers and coordinate claims.
• This role includes these duties but is not limited to them.
