The role covers employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, leaves, workers' comp, and unemployment claims, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

You'll collaborate with management to support staffing and compliance while offering strong customer service to employees and ensuring timely payroll processing and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll application systems.
• Paycom experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out facility payroll, HR and benefits operations according to policies and laws.
• Handle employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and leave management.
• Administer workers' compensation, unemployment claims and related processes.
• Support management with HR compliance and employee communications.
