Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for benefits.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and ensure compliance with state and federal benefits regulations.
• Support benefits audits and enrollments.
• Analyze enrollment data and produce analytics.
• Assist with benefits communications and open enrollment campaigns.
• Provide backup for UKG benefits administration and FMLA processing.
