Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in benefits administration, compliance, HR operations, or related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits, leave administration, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Research and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to employee benefits and leave administration.
• Support internal audits: monthly and quarterly benefits audits and annual third-party audits.
• Analyze enrollment data and report benefits metrics and trends.
• Support benefits communication campaigns and onboarding related to benefits.
