Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in benefits administration, compliance, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of benefits, leave administration, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.

Responsibilities

• Research and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for benefits and leave.
• Support internal audits for health and welfare, 401(k), and contractor's plans.
• Compile and report enrollment analytics and open enrollment statistics.
• Assist with benefits communication campaigns and new hire onboarding.
