Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC in Boston, MA seeks an HR Benefits Specialist to support day-to-day benefits administration and address employee inquiries. You will work with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate administration of benefits programs, with 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.

This is a 3+ month contract paying $27–$32/hour, with a 40-hour workweek and a hybrid schedule at the firm’s Boston office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 0–2+ years in HR, benefits administration, or client services.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of global benefits programs, including health care, dental, retirement, insurance, work/life programs, professional development, and deferred compensation plans.
• Conduct plan audits, validate data, and prepare analyses and reports for U.S.-based benefits programs.
• Assist with U.S. and international benefits administration, projects, and special initiatives.
• Manage reimbursement requests and processing for professional development programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing timely and accurate support.
• Coordinate vendor invoicing and assist with open enrollment activities.
• Prepare materials for benefits committee meetings and compile quarterly statistics and reports.
• Support reimbursement programs, audit requirements, and other benefits-related initiatives.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects focused on improving benefits processes and operational efficiency.
