Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR benefits experience with staff supervision.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and data integrity; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment and eligibility processes with third-party administrators, carriers, and internal partners.
• Resolve enrollment, eligibility, billing, payroll deduction, and claims issues; escalate when needed.
• Prepare and reconcile benefit invoices; support financial reporting and cost allocations.
• Develop and deliver benefits communications and resources for new hires and open enrollment.
• Prepare reports on enrollment, utilization, costs, compliance, and vendor performance.
