Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR benefits experience with supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits programs.
• Experience with HRIS and vendor coordination, billing and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Administers U.S. and Canadian health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs including enrollment and changes.
• Researches and resolves enrollment, billing, and eligibility issues.
• Develops benefits communications and resources for employees.
• Audits and reconciles HRIS, payroll, and carrier data.
• Supports leave programs and compliance activities.
