The City of Roswell, Georgia seeks a Benefits and HRIS Specialist to coordinate employee benefits and retirement plans, process HRIS transactions, and provide reporting. You will report to the Compensation and Benefits Manager.

Responsibilities include overseeing open enrollment, communicating with providers, assisting with ACA/ COBRA, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. A Bachelor's and HRIS experience required; CEBS/SHRM preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 2 years in HR/Benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS such as ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• CEBS/SHRM-CP or PHR certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employee benefits and retirement plans.
• Process HRIS transactions and benefits payroll deductions.
• Provide information and guidance on benefits and insurance.
• Liaise with benefit providers and resolve claims.
• Assist with ACA compliance and 1094-C/1095-C reporting.
• Prepare benefit-related materials for meetings and presentations.
• Maintain confidentiality and PHI per HIPAA.
