Job summary

Legacy Lifecare is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee administration of employee benefits and open enrollment. The role focuses on accurate data in ADP, benefits inquiries, and cross-functional support for employees and managers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in benefits administration, strong communication skills, and hands-on ADP experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 30-hour workweek and daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Hands-on ADP experience required; Employee Navigator experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and enrollment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Maintain accurate benefits and employee information within ADP, ensuring timely updates related to enrollments, qualifying life events, eligibility, and terminations.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communications, serving as a resource for employees and managers regarding plan options, eligibility, and benefit-related questions.
• Partner with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve enrollment issues, billing discrepancies, claims questions, and other benefits-related concerns.
• Utilize benefits technology and reporting tools to maintain accurate records and support benefits administration
