Job summary

Legacy Lifecare is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee the administration of our employee benefits programs. The role focuses on medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other company-sponsored benefits, with responsibility for enrollments, life events, eligibility, and terminations in ADP.

You will coordinate annual open enrollment, communicate plan options to employees and managers, and collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
• Hands-on ADP experience required; Employee Navigator experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Maintain accurate benefits and employee information within ADP, ensuring timely updates related to enrollments, qualifying life events, eligibility, and terminations.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communications, serving as a resource for employees and managers regarding plan options, eligibility, and benefit-related questions.
• Partner with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve enrollment issues, billing discrepancies, claims questions, and other benefits-related concerns.
• Utilize benefits technology and reporting tools to maintain accurate records and support benefits administration.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor's in Business/HR or related field
