Job summary

Legacy Lifecare, Inc. in Longmeadow, MA, is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee our employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. The role includes managing enrollments, eligibility, terminations, and open enrollment in ADP.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of benefits administration experience, hands-on ADP skills, and strong communication to coordinate with carriers, employees, and internal teams in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
• Hands-on ADP experience required. Employee Navigator experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and enrollment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Maintain accurate benefits data within ADP, ensuring timely updates related to enrollments, qualifying life events, eligibility, and terminations.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communications, serving as a resource for employees and managers regarding plan options, eligibility, and benefit-related questions.
• Partner with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve enrollment issues, billing discrepancies, claims questions, and other benefits-related concerns.
• Utilize benefits technology and reporting tools to maintain accurate records and support benefits administration.
