Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life and retirement plans.
• Coordinate new hire enrollments, life event changes and annual open enrollment.
• Maintain benefits records in the HRIS and ensure timely processing of elections.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, brokers, and payroll to resolve issues.
• Support leave administration and compliance requirements.
