Qualifications

• 3+ years of benefits administration or HR experience.
• Knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, ACA, and CA regulations.
• Proficient with HRIS and Excel reporting.
• Experience in manufacturing/agriculture/healthcare/distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Coordinate new hire enrollments, qualifying life event changes, and annual open enrollment activities.
• Maintain accurate benefits records within the HRIS platform and ensure timely processing of employee elections.
• Partner with insurance carriers, brokers, and payroll teams to resolve eligibility, billing, and coverage issues.
• Support leave administration processes including FMLA, CFRA, disability, and related compliance requirements.
