Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking an experienced HR Benefits Specialist to join our Westchester/Los Angeles team onsite. This temporary role supports the Benefits team with inquiries, transactions, COBRA administration, and open enrollment through December 23.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of dedicated benefits administration experience and familiarity with Workday Benefits. The role requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with Payroll and vendors.

Qualifications

• At least three years of dedicated benefits administration experience.
• Experience with Workday Benefits strongly preferred.
• Hands-on ability to support employee inquiries and benefits transactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee benefits questions and resolve enrollment, eligibility, and claims-related issues.
• Process and administer life events from initiation through completion; manage COBRA related transactions.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Billing, and COBRA teams on monthly invoices and reconciliations.
• Audit benefits records and ensure accurate payroll integration.
• Prepare communications for open enrollment and benefits events.
• Support benefits fair logistics and vendor communications.
