Job summary

Legacy Lifecare is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee all employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. The role requires strong ADP experience and collaboration with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate records and timely updates.

You will coordinate annual open enrollment, educate employees and managers on plan options, and handle benefits-related inquiries while maintaining compliance with ACA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business or HR preferred.
• 3+ years of benefits administration experience with ADP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of ACA concepts and open enrollment processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).
• Maintain accurate benefits data in ADP; enrollments, life events, eligibility, terminations.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communications for staff.
• Partner with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve enrollment issues.
• Use benefits tools and reporting to maintain records and support admin tasks.
