Job summary

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of benefits experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, travel as needed, and strong communication skills; Spanish language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing a book of business at an insurance brokerage or HR benefits experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Ability to travel for client meetings.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for the Producer, communicating deadlines and events.
• Coordinate renewal bid/RFP processes and manage vendor negotiations.
• Ensure high-level service to clients and develop client communications.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and delegate tasks to Account Manager.
• Support on on-site client meetings and wellness program knowledge.
