Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, benefit plan design, healthcare consulting, or related support.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PBM industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day client and broker contact, ensuring timely responses and follow-through.
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the account lifecycle.
• Support implementation activities, plan design validation, and coordination with PBMs and vendors.
• Coordinate with PBMs and vendors for data, reporting, and claims reviews.
• Request and manage historical data, reports, and claims files with proper documentation.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and Monday.com including contacts and plan details.
• Assist with RFPs and renewal processes, including pricing analysis support.
• Submit and coordinate resolution of member and claims issues with vendors and internal teams.
