Qualifications

• College degree preferred; however, a high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in employee benefit account management is acceptable.
• Strong communication with clients, carriers and prospects concerning benefit lines of coverage.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and basic data analysis for census and enrollment materials.

Responsabilités

• Overall management and oversight related to employee benefits accounts; support marketing and underwriting for renewals.
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings and enrollment materials with employers and carriers.
• Serve as liaison between employer, employees, carriers, and TPAs to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
