Cross Insurance is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to foster long-term relationships with key clients in the employee benefits space. You will be the primary contact for escalated service issues, coordinate with carriers, and support renewal marketing and implementation.

You will work with Producers, Account Executives, and Support Teams to ensure client satisfaction, accuracy, and timely deliverables. A NH license or equivalent and strong communication are required.

Qualificações

• College degree preferred, but a high school diploma with a minimum three years of experience in employee benefit account management is required.
• New Hampshire agent's license in Health and Life is required or must be obtained.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with insurance companies, clients, and prospects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Client Relationship Management: serves as the primary contact for client inquiries and escalated service issues.
• Account Management: oversee management of assigned agency accounts, renewal support, and enrollment coordination.
• Team Collaboration: build partnerships with Producers, Account Executives, and Support Teams.
• Additional Responsibilities: training, data maintenance, and adherence to processes.
