Cross Insurance in Portland, ME seeks an Account Manager in the Employee Benefits division. This in-office role focuses on account management, enrollment coordination and carrier relations to support clients and producers.

The position offers a base salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 with consideration of location, skills, and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for hybrid work after six months.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, however at a minimum a high school diploma or equivalent degree and at least three years of experience in employee benefit account management.
• Must possess Maine agent’s license in Health and Life.
• Strong communication, organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage agency accounts and related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate enrollment materials and open enrollment meetings.
• Review census data during renewal/marketing cycles.
• Support account executives and maintain carrier relationships.
• Ensure accuracy of SPD enrollment and billing and assist with compliance.
