The role supports Open Enrollment and educates clients on benefits, partnering with Employee Benefits teams and carriers to resolve issues.

The position emphasizes strong client relationships, efficient use of agency systems, and accurate processing across multiple platforms, with travel to employer sites as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in a work insurance setting or college coursework related to insurance is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Licensed in Accident & Health or willing to obtain within 3–6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely servicing for an assigned group of clients and their employees.
• Process enrollments, terminations, changes, and address updates; research discrepancies.
• Support Open Enrollment activities and educate clients on coverage.
