The Cross Family of Agencies seeks an Account Manager for its Employee Benefits division in Rhode Island. • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in employee benefits.
• Experience in employee benefits account management is desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Overall management of agency accounts (non-sales).
• Prepare renewal marketing materials and proposals.
• Review census data during renewal and marketing.
• Coordinate communication and enrollment materials.
• Present benefit details at employee open enrollment meetings.
