Qualifications

Active Texas Life and Health license.
Five+ years of experience in employer-sponsored health and welfare benefits.
Strong knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary offerings.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for an assigned portfolio of group benefits clients.
Prepare benefit comparisons, market analyses, and renewal recommendations.
Coordinate renewals, plan changes, and enrollment activities.
Oversee annual enrollment projects and communication of options.
Maintain enrollment data and benefits administration systems for accuracy.
Collaborate with payroll, COBRA, and vendors to support enrollment.
