Job summary

Unison Risk Advisors is seeking an Account Manager, Employee Benefits to deliver exceptional service and operational support for Employee Benefits clients. This role works with the Benefits Team Leader and service team to coordinate carrier activities, support renewals, and ensure accurate administration of benefit programs.

The position is client-facing and requires managing service requests, maintaining documentation, and contributing to growth through proactive account management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Employee Benefits account management or similar experience.
• Active Life and Health license (2-15).
• Strong Excel skills and data organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the Employee Benefits book of business.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, benefits administrators, carriers, Producers, and internal stakeholders.
• Research and resolve client service issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Coordinate billing, eligibility, enrollment, and carrier-related activities.
• Support renewals, implementations, and enrollment activities.
• Maintain complete and accurate account documentation within the agency management system.
