Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Benefits Account Manager to support the Account Executive with benefit plan information, data entry, and client communications. The role involves coordinating timelines, preparing RFPs, and maintaining client binders and marketing materials.

The position includes cross-team collaboration (Benefit Point, Benefit Timeline, and marketing efforts), with potential to lead in the absence of the Account Executive. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 24 to 36 months of experience in an Assistant Account Manager role or equivalent industry experience.
• Bilingual Spanish a major plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Enter client data into Benefit Point to complete reports (RFPs, prospect reports, etc.).
• Support Account Executive and respond to questions regarding benefit plans, claims and billings.
• Assist bSwift team with client website setup as directed by Benefits Operations Manager.
• Maintain online client binder per department guidelines and coordinate Benefit Timeline workflows.
• Act as a lead for other Account Managers in the absence of the Account Executive.
• Prepare and release RFPs to carriers by due date and maintain marketing binders.
