Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Employee Benefits experience across medical, dental and life products.
• Strong understanding of benefits products, policies, and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to research issues and find solutions.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal staff.
• Serve as a trusted resource for benefits questions, claims, billing issues, and service needs.
• Coordinate claim resolutions and help clients navigate issues to successful resolution.
• Assist with pre-renewal processes, census gathering, and marketing materials.
• Support renewals, 5500 preparation, open enrollment, and client needs.
• Audit invoices for rate and eligibility accuracy; document service issues with BCH systems.
• Stay current on carrier products, industry trends, and legislative updates.
