Kapnick Insurance Group is seeking an Account Manager for our employee benefits division. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for small business clients, handling service needs, renewals, enrollment, and carrier coordination.

The role emphasizes client communication, issue resolution, and collaboration with executives, with opportunities for growth and profit sharing based on performance. A positive, client-focused culture is highlighted.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Employee Group Benefit experience: Preferred.
• 2-3 years customer service experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Organization skills
• Like to solve problems
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsabilités

• Promptly identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain client account information in our agency management system.
• Consult with Client Executive or Account Executive regularly.
• Review and prepare renewal proposals for clients.
• Coordinate renewal materials and enrollment packets for clients.
• Oversee submission of group applications and assist with implementation.
• Act as liaison to other service departments within our benefits division.
• Monitor voicemail, mail, Outlook, and activities per service standards.
• Attend department and team meetings and training sessions.
• Facilitate plan document creation or amendments.
• Document renewal decisions, plans and final rates in the system
