Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of group health plans, develop client action plans, and collaborate with the sales team to acquire and grow accounts. Strong experience in account management and sales is required.

On-site role with a focus on client service, regulatory compliance, and effective communication. Prior use of agency management software beneficial, and licensure in Health & Life is required.

Qualifications

Active Health & Life License required.
3+ years managing self-insured group health plans.
5+ years as an EB Account Executive or similar experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of multiple group health plans with precision and professionalism.
Ensure Plan Sponsor compliance with industry regulations.
Develop action plans to reach client goals and suggest upgrades to grow/diversify portfolios.
Maintain and service an assigned book of business.
Prepare and market new and renewal submissions withSales and service teams.
