Job summary

Acrisure in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking an Account Manager to service employee benefits client accounts, develop coverage strategies, and support renewals and claims. This is an on-site role requiring strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills.

Proficiency with Applied Systems/EPIC is preferred, and CPCU training is a plus. Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 with placement based on experience, location, and internal equity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 2+ years in employee benefits.
• Licenses: Health & Life license required; CPCU a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts and process quotes, endorsements, certificates, renewals and related transactions.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain data in the agency system.
• Develop coverage strategies and assist with insurance marketing and sales.
• Support claims and collect renewal data; ensure accuracy in records.
• Keep producers informed of important activities and industry trends.
