Job summary

Acrisure New England Partners Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to service client accounts, develop coverage strategies, and support insurance marketing and sales. This on-site role requires a Health & Life license and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include handling quotes, endorsements, renewals, and data in the agency management system, while keeping Producers informed of activities and potential issues.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life license required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in employee benefits.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Applied Systems / EPIC.
• CPCU or related training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts with quotes, policies, endorsements, renewals, and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and manage requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies and assist with insurance marketing and sales.
• Maintain client data in the agency management system.
• Keep producers informed of account activity and issues.
