Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a primary client contact, developing coverage strategies and handling routine policy transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy in client data, timely responses, and collaboration with producers while growing engagement with industry trends and compliance.

Applicants should have a Health & Life license, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. On-site presence is expected in Burlington, VT.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
• Applied Systems / EPIC experience is a plus.
• Employee Navigator experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including quotes, policies, ID cards, endorsements, and renewals.
• Respond to client inquiries and timely company requests.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as needed; insurance marketing and sales.
• Collect renewal data and provide claims support.
• Maintain and document client data in the agency system (Applied/EPIC).
• Keep producers informed of important activities and potential problems.
• Stay current with industry trends and license compliance.
