Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal customers. You will facilitate service deliverables, ensure accurate insurance processing, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and initiative skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze figures such as discounts, premiums, commissions.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts and manage transactions including quotes, policies, IDs, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as needed.
• Conduct insurance marketing and sales activities.
• Collect renewal data for assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support and ensure data accuracy in the agency management system.
• Review new/renewal policies for accuracy and compliance.
• Document all activities in Applied Systems/EPIC.
• Utilize upload/download interfaces and assist other departments as needed.
• Keep Producers informed of important activities and potential issues.
