Job summary

Acrisure in Michigan is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal clients. You will coordinate responses, support policy transactions, renewals, and data accuracy in the agency management system.

The role requires an active Health & Life license, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits.
• CPCU or special training course completion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts and process transactions including quotes, policies, endorsements, renewals, and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as necessary.
• Insurance marketing and sales support.
• Collect renewal data on assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support and maintain data accuracy in the agency management system (Applied Systems / EPIC).
• Document activities in the agency management system and utilize technology interfaces.
• Support other departments to issue appropriate policies for mutual clients.
• Keep Producers informed of important activities and potential issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and license compliance.
