The Jonus Group seeks an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager for an on-site role in Tempe, AZ. You will manage mid-to-large market client accounts and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless renewals, enrollments, and benefit implementations.

Ideal candidates have a Life & Health license, 3+ years in employee benefits (5+ preferred), and proficiency in Employee Navigator and EPIC. Strong communication, organization, and mentoring abilities are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualificações

• Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• 3+ years in employee benefits; 5+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in Employee Navigator and EPIC is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a mix of mid-to-large market group accounts.
• Collaborate with producers on renewals, open enrollments, and benefit implementations.
• Attend client meetings to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of less experienced colleagues.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Utilize software tools such as Employee Navigator and EPIC to manage accounts and workflows.
