Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license required.
• 5–10 years of employee benefits account management experience.
• Experience with unbundled self-funded accounts.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; Employee Navigator a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of self-funded employee benefits accounts.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of accounts: quotes, enrollments, renewals.
• Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Utilize Microsoft Suite and Employee Navigator to manage accounts.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary contact.
